Villa Ensoleille is an incredible place to stay. The staff is amazing and friendly and makes you feel like family. The accommodations are very clean and well maintained and feel as if you're the only one to have ever stayed in them. It feels like home. The views from upstairs of Fuji are breathtaking, and if you get units C or D, you can enjoy a nice meal outside while still having a clear view of the top of Fuji. The accommodations include everything necessary to cook full meals and store plenty of groceries if you stay for extended periods of time, and the tub upstairs is a great place to unwind after a long day. The local area is fantastic as you are only a few minutes' walk away from the shores of Lake kawaguchi. Also, the location is just far enough away from the main tourist area that you're not bothered by the noise and congestion of tourist during their peak hours. Quiet walks around the neighborhood are revitalizing and offer even more spectacular views of Fuji as you pass open fields and locals homes. Villa Ensoleille is an absolute must!

Hiro, the manager of the Villa was really nice, considerate and professional. I arrived at Kawaguchi station at night and it's really difficult to get transportation at night there. Hiro very kindly arranged a driver to send me and my friend to the villa and also to the supermarket. On the second night, after visiting Arakurayama Sengen Park, my friend and I was stranded at Kawaguchi station as there was no taxi or bus and it was really really cold. I texted Hiro to ask whether he is available and willing to send us back to the villa from Kawaguchi station and he very willingly agreed and sent us back to our villa (even though it was not part of the services that I've paid for). Last but not least, after we've checked out from the villa, Hiro allowed us to keep our luggages in the storage area while we go out to have lunch and visit the Music Forest before we took a bus to Shinjuku.

We had a fantastic time during our two-night stay at Unit B in Mar. The host Hiro San was super friendly and spoke English. He picked and send us to Kawaguchiko station and even to Oishi Park after we asked about the Red Bus The cottage itself was cozy and clean, with heated floors that made it super comfortable—especially during the cold wintery nights The kitchen was well equipped, with everything you need to prepare a meal, including oven, microwave oven, induction cooker, and all the necessary utensils to prepare meals with ease. The bathroom was another highlight, with a bathtub and jacuzzi. The location was just perfect. Lake Kawaguchi and some cool attractions were within walking distance, and the bus nearby made getting around super easy. The view of Mount Fuji from our room was absolutely great, especially with the snowy backdrop—it is something we will never forget!

Lovely place and lovely staff. The place is clean, spacious, very well equipped. They even provided seasonings if you plan on cooking. Amazing view of Fujisan. Great location, right near the leak and very close to the Momiji Corridor if you're visiting during foliage season. The shuttle service is very convenient. When we went on a day trip and arrived back at the station rather late, the bus to Villa Ensoleille has already stopped, I messaged Hiroyuki (the receptionist) hoping he could come pick us up from the station. Very thankful that he replied back right away and came to the station in no time despite our sudden request. Highly reccommend.

Amazing views of Mt. Fuji from the apartment; heated living room floors; all the kitchen amenities; the extremely helpful host; and the central location. The apartment is a short 5 minute walk to the main street where you can catch the red line tourist bus that takes you to all the major sights along Kawaguchiko. A bonus was that we were picked up at the bus station by our host who stopped by the huge grocery store so we were able to stock up on food. He went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our stay and showed us how to use all the apartment's features. He was super helpful, including with assistance getting to our next destination.
